Avery Withers is a hardworking Sussex County native with a willingness and desire to serve others. Growing up on the Southern Delaware coastline, he attained the rank of Eagle Scout and continues to live his life by the core values that scouting instilled in him. He has previously served the community as a lifeguard and EMT for the Dewey Beach Patrol, and worked his way up the ladder in the hospitality industry from busboy to management. Avery obtained his real estate license in 2018 out of an interest in real estate investing. Since then, he has found his true passion for helping clients find their dream property. He now assists clients full time with real estate sales at Coldwell Banker Premier in Rehoboth. For first-time home buyers as well as seasoned real estate veterans, Avery knows the county and can help clients fulfill their real estate needs.
With a background in Hospitality Management, Victoria brings a unique approach to real estate, combining exceptional customer service with a strong understanding of client needs. Her experience in creating memorable guest experiences has honed her skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building, which she now uses to help clients navigate the real estate market with ease. Victoria is passionate about helping individuals and families find their ideal homes. She offers personalized, attentive service throughout the buying and selling process, ensuring every client’s needs are met with care and precision. Outside of real estate, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family at the beach and cooking. She values strong connections and community, and is dedicated to making a positive impact in Sussex County.
